Stephen Ministers meet each month for supervision and continuing education. In the past few months they have delved deeply into the topics of aging, pain and pain management, the spiritual needs of older adults, hospice care and grieving.
August’s continuing ed will be led by Pastor Michael. . .who actually became an ordained minister as a result of his own Stephen Ministry experience.
Anyone can make a referral to Stephen Ministry. You can refer yourself, a friend, or a family member for a one-on-one listening relationship.
