SHOEBOX SUGGESTIONS 2017
Ages 2-4, 5-9 & 10-14OPERATION CHRISTMAS CHILD will be launching on Sunday, October 8, with the children's sermon, fellowship and distribution of shoeboxes. If you have already completed your boxes, you may bring them to Fellowship Hall on the 8th. May we suggest that if you are not a shopper, or if you are unable to shop, that you consider sponsoring a box by donating toward shipping costs. Samaritan's Purse suggests $9.00 per box this year, due to increased transportation costs. A shoebox for donations will be in fellowship hall. Please make your check payable to Samaritan's Purse with a notation on your check that it is for "O.C.C. shipping". The shoebox will be in Fellowship Hall every Sunday through November 12. If you are packing shoeboxes, you can follow your box by going online to donate your shipping cost and print-out your label to put on your shoebox. The removal of toothpaste & candy is due to the shoeboxes being delayed or confiscated at customs stations because of expiration dates.
